Psychological Therapy
I can offer psychological therapy for parents who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, partner relationship problems, domestic abuse, attachment related difficulties with their children, loss, grief and trauma symptoms.

My work as an expert witness allows me to apply my clinical, forensic and therapeutic skills to the field of parental mental health and assess the impact of emotional disturbance upon the parent’s relationship to the role of parenting.
I am also an experienced Counselling Psychologist practitioner. My training in Counselling Psychology allows me to tailor and integrate therapeutic interventions to suit the needs of the client; however, all approaches are rooted within a Cognitive Behavioural framework of therapy.
